What this notice covers

This notice covers the signed-out Reflections marketing preview and its early-access form. It does not cover the private product experience, journal entries, reflections, conversations, insights, profiles, or account data.

Early-access information

The form asks for an email address, an optional closed interest choice, and permission to contact you. Do not submit journal text, account information, health information, or other sensitive material.

Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and routed to ForeverLearning AI so the Reflections team can manage early-access invitations and updates. We keep the information only as long as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations.

Optional public-site analytics

Optional analytics is denied by default. If you allow it, the preview may send a small closed set of public marketing events to Google Analytics. It never sends form values, contact details, free text, journal content, account identifiers, or authenticated product activity.

Necessary hosting data

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, path, browser information, and security signals.

Your choices

You can keep optional analytics off or change the saved choice from the footer. Email info@foreverlearning.ai to ask about, correct, or delete an early-access submission.
